Aloe Vera is well known for its ability to support the digestive system. It has been used by people of antiquity for everything from simple skin irritations to internal healing properties these people attributed to this mystical plant.

Adults : 1 or more ounces daily, taken throughout the day.

Children : 1/2 teaspoon per 20 lbs of body weight daily. Best if taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or 3 hours after eating. Shake well before using. May be refrigerated if desired.
